I always find it amazing to see how Diversity is handled in the US. Job sites that target a specific (very often minority) group would not be possible to exist in Europe. And I’m not sure yet what to think about specialist job boards that highlight “positive discrimination”. I do not really feel good about it. Hm,… any other opinions?
