I just found Chris Russell’s post on Jobboarders.com where he gives his great ideas why Monster should buy Jobster. He states 5 reasons what good it would do for both sites. I like the second point in particular:
Monster needs a drastic overhaul. Integrating many of Jobster’s features would create a better user experience and build up trust among job seekers.
How right Chris is! Let’s fool around a bit. Have a look at the Monster and Jobster sites first:
- For example: what would their new logo and claim look and sound like?
Maybe a trumposauros saying: “Meet your future Monster”? - And what would they call themselves? Job-Monster? Or, more French-like “Mon Jobster”?
