		<description>It's great to see how job boards are constantly evolving to produce the best service. I agree that the engagement criteria needs some more thought though, although it might work at the lower end of the job market.

www.exec-appointments.com, now the FT's global executive board, has used a relevance algorithm from day one.  It works by relevance, location and allows the business funtion to be cross-referenced with the industry sector.  EA users are only looking at the very senior end of the job market, and don't want to have their time wasted, which is why now search results and email alerts only show exact matches, thus reducing the number of jobs listed in the results.</description>
