Test on discrimination at work: do you have prejudices against Homosexuals?

Speaking of diversity and discriminations, I just found an article on the French career information site Jobetic, in which a link is presented to take a test: do you have prejudices against Homosexuals at work?

The test has been designed by the “Observatoire des discriminations” which is part of Paris Université 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne. I have taken it and it turns out that I’m in favour of Homosexuals at work – you can see, I’m a really nice and open-minded person .

However, I’m not a big fan of these kinds of tests. Especially in this one, I find it very easy to see what they are after, and with a little bit of concentration everybody could cheat. Try it, the French language is rather basic so that anybody should understand what’s going on.

Anyway, I appreciate the initiative. At least, the test might incite discussions on discrimination at work. Here’s the link again.
